What is Flow Xpress AFX-110
The AutoBooST AFX-110 is a highly portable and flexible, skid-mounted multiphase boosting / well-unloading system — gas-engine driven with no external utilities, boosting up to 40,000 Sm³/d (1.4 MMSCFD) of gas and 300 BPD of liquid from a suction pressures as low as 0 barg up to a discharge pressure of 16 barg. Electric motor option is also available.

Why Flow Xpress AFX-110 ?
The AFX-110 is a rugged, field proven design that is ideal for unloading and boosting production from low pressure gas or gas condensate wells wells. Can also be used for recovering low pressure gas from separators. IPS holds a fleet of AFX-110 units units available on both lease and sale options. Systems can be rigged up in < 24 hrs. The units are highly portable, with no foundations or external utilities required. The AFX-110 system can produce up to 1.4 MMSCFD (40,000 Sm3/d) of gas with up to 300 BPD liquids handling capacity using a pneumatic blowcase. The AFX-110 system is highly tolerant to solids and compared to other compression systems, such as oil flooded rotary screws, the AFX-110 system can also be used on wells where detergents, soaps or foams are used upstream. Built for desert environments, with its extended cooling surfaces and inbuilt shelter, the AFX-110 system works in ambient high ambient temperature locations (~50 degC) where other wellhead systems would struggle.
